1. ราคา (Pricing)

1.1 ราคานี้เป็นสกุลเงินบาท (THB) ต่อท่าน และไม่รวมค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับระหว่างประเทศไทยและประเทศญี่ปุ่น

1.1 Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) per person and exclude international round-trip airfare between Thailand and Japan.

2. รายการนำเที่ยวและการเปลี่ยนแปลงโปรแกรม (Itinerary & Program Changes)

2.1 รายการนำเที่ยว ตารางเวลา ที่พัก พาหนะ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับความเหมาะสมของสถานการณ์หรือข้อจำกัดด้านการปฏิบัติงาน
2.2 ในกรณีที่โรงแรมในเขตทะเลสาบคาวากุจิโกะเต็ม ทางบริษัทจะจัดหาที่พักที่มีมาตรฐานและระดับเดียวกันทดแทนให้

2.1 The itinerary, schedule, accommodations, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements are subject to change without prior notice due to operational or situational requirements. 2.2 In the event that hotels in the Lake Kawaguchi area are fully booked, accommodations of a similar standard and category will be arranged.

3. การสละสิทธิ์การใช้บริการ (Non-Utilization)

3.1 ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี สำหรับบริการที่ท่านไม่ได้ใช้งาน ใช้งานเพียงบางส่วน หรือไม่ได้ใช้สิทธิ์จนครบถ้วน

3.1 No refunds shall be provided for any unused, partially used, or unconsumed services under any circumstances.

4. การดำเนินงานของ JR East / รถไฟ TRAIN SUITE SHIKI-SHIMA

4.1 ตารางเวลา เส้นทาง การบริการบนรถ โปรแกรมท่องเที่ยวภายนอก การจัดเตรียมอาหาร และกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ TRAIN SUITE SHIKI-SHIMA ทั้งหมดอยู่ภายใต้ดุลยพินิจการบริหารจัดการของ JR East
4.2 JR East ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข ลดทอน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดของการเดินทาง อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุผลด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ความปลอดภัย สภาพอากาศ หรือเหตุขัดข้องทางเทคนิค โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

4.1 All schedules, routes, onboard services, offboard sightseeing programs, meal arrangements, and cultural experiences related to TRAIN SUITE SHIKI-SHIMA are subject to operational decisions by JR East. 4.2 JR East reserves the right to modify, shorten, replace, or cancel any part of the journey due to operational, safety, weather, or technical reasons without prior notice. 4.3 No refunds or compensation shall be provided for changes initiated by JR East.

5. สภาพอากาศ ทิวทัศน์ และเงื่อนไขทางธรรมชาติ (Weather, Scenery & Natural Conditions)

5.1 ทิวทัศน์ตามฤดูกาล รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ทัศนวิสัยในการมองเห็นภูเขาไฟฟูจิ สภาพอากาศ และภูมิทัศน์ธรรมชาติ เป็นปัจจัยทางธรรมชาติที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม
5.2 ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินหรือชดเชยค่าเสียหาย ในกรณีที่สภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวย ทัศนวิสัยจำกัด หรือทิวทัศน์ไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังส่วนบุคคล

5.1 Seasonal scenery, including but not limited to Mount Fuji visibility, weather conditions, and natural landscapes, is subject to natural factors beyond control. 5.2 No refunds or compensation shall be provided for unfavorable weather conditions, limited visibility, or scenery not meeting personal expectations.

6. ร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ และโรงบ่มไวน์ (Restaurants, Cafés & Wineries)

6.1 การใช้บริการร้านอาหาร คาเฟ่ โรงบ่มไวน์ และสถานที่รับประทานอาหารที่ระบุไว้ ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมในการให้บริการของสถานที่นั้นๆ
6.2 ในกรณีที่สถานที่ปิดทำการ ถูกจองเต็ม หรือมีข้อจำกัดด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ทางบริษัทจะจัดหาสถานที่อื่นที่มีมาตรฐานเทียบเท่าให้แทนโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

6.1 Specific restaurants, cafés, wineries, and dining venues are subject to availability. 6.2 In the event of closure, overbooking, or operational limitations, alternative venues of equivalent standard will be arranged without prior notice.

7. โรงแรม และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในเรียวกัง (Hotels & Ryokan Facilities)

7.1 ประเภทห้องพัก ทิวทัศน์ ชั้นที่พัก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างและกฎระเบียบของท้องถิ่น
7.2 การเข้าใช้บริการออนเซ็นอาจถูกจำกัดเนื่องจากการปิดซ่อมบำรุง สภาพอากาศ หรือข้อจำกัดด้านสุขภาพส่วนบุคคล
7.3 ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินกรณีที่ท่านไม่ได้ใช้บริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมเพียงบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด

7.1 Hotel room type, view, floor level, and facilities are subject to availability and local regulations. 7.2 Access to onsen facilities may be restricted due to maintenance, weather conditions, or individual health considerations. 7.3 No refunds shall be provided for partial or non-use of hotel facilities.

8. การรับส่งสนามบินและการต่อเครื่องบิน (Airport Transfers & Flight Connections)

8.1 การบริการรับส่งสนามบินจะถูกจัดสรรตามระยะเวลาเดินทางที่ประมาณการไว้
8.2 JTB จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีที่ผู้เดินทางพลาดเที่ยวบินอันเนื่องมาจากการจราจร สภาพอากาศ ความล่าช้าของการขนส่ง หรือสถานการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม

8.1 Airport transfers are arranged based on estimated travel times. 8.2 JTB shall not be held responsible for missed flights resulting from traffic conditions, weather, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond control.

9. ความรับผิดชอบด้านสุขภาพและการแพทย์ (Health & Medical Responsibility)

9.1 ผู้เดินทางมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการประเมินสภาพร่างกายของตนเองว่ามีความเหมาะสมในการเข้าร่วมการเดินทางครั้งนี้หรือไม่
9.2 JTB และ JR East จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเหตุการณ์ด้านสุขภาพใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการเดินทาง
9.3 ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินหากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมถูกจำกัดเนื่องจากปัญหาสุขภาพส่วนบุคคล

9.1 Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for participation in this journey. 9.2 JTB and JR East shall not be held responsible for any health-related incidents arising during the trip. 9.3 No refunds shall be provided if participation is limited due to personal health conditions.

10. การแต่งกายและมารยาทบนรถไฟ (Dress Code & Onboard Etiquette)

10.1 กรุณาแต่งกายด้วยชุดแบบ Business Casual ตลอดการเดินทางบนขบวน TRAIN SUITE SHIKI-SHIMA โดยเฉพาะเมื่ออยู่ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของรถไฟ และขณะร่วมกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวนอกขบวน
Business Casual ได้แก่ เสื้อเชิ้ตมีปก เสื้อเบลาส์ เสื้อแจ็กเก็ต เสื้อสเวตเตอร์ (รวมถึงคอเต่า) กางเกงสแลคหรือกางเกงขายาว กระโปรง และกางเกงยีนส์ที่ไม่ขาดหรือชำรุด
สำหรับมื้อค่ำบนรถไฟ แนะนำการแต่งกายแบบ Semi-Formal อาทิ ชุดสูท เสื้อแจ็กเก็ต เบลเซอร์ เดรส ชุดเซตสองชิ้น เสื้อเบลาส์ และกระโปรง เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับบรรยากาศอันหรูหราและเป็นทางการของการรับประทานอาหารบนรถไฟค่ะ
10.2 ไม่แนะนำให้สวมใส่ชุดลำลอง เช่น กางเกงขาสั้น รองเท้าแตะ ชุดกีฬา หรือรองเท้าสลิปเปอร์

10.1 Guests are requested to wear Business Casual attire during the TRAIN SUITE SHIKI-SHIMA journey, especially in public areas and while participating in off-train excursions. Business Casual includes collared shirts, blouses, jackets, sweaters (including turtlenecks), slacks or long trousers, skirts, and jeans(not damaged). For dinner time on the train, Semi-Formal attire is recommended, such as suits, jackets, blazers, dresses, two-piece outfits, blouses, and skirts. 10.2 Casual attire such as shorts, sandals, sportswear, or slippers is not recommended.

11. ความคาดหวังส่วนบุคคล (Personal Expectations)

11.1 ความพึงพอใจส่วนบุคคล ความประทับใจ หรือความคาดหวังเฉพาะบุคคล ไม่สามารถนำมาเป็นเหตุผลในการเรียกร้องขอคืนเงินหรือค่าชดเชยได้

11.1 Personal satisfaction, subjective impressions, and individual expectations shall not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

12. การสละสิทธิ์การใช้บริการบางส่วน (Partial Non-Use of Services)

12.1 ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินหรือชดเชยค่าเสียหาย สำหรับบริการ กิจกรรม อาหาร หรือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกใดๆ ที่ผู้เดินทางสมัครใจไม่เข้าร่วมหรือไม่ใช้บริการ

12.1 No refunds or compensation shall be provided for any services, activities, meals, or facilities that are voluntarily skipped or not utilized by the guest.

13. เหตุสุดวิสัย (Force Majeure)

13.1 เหตุสุดวิสัย รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ภัยธรรมชาติ แผ่นดินไหว พายุไต้ฝุ่น หิมะตกหนัก กฎระเบียบของรัฐบาล การนัดหยุดงาน โรคระบาด ความขัดข้องของการคมนาคมขนส่ง หรือเหตุการณ์อื่นใดที่ไม่อาจคาดการณ์ได้
13.2 ในกรณีดังกล่าว ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินหรือชดเชยค่าเสียหายใดๆ

13.1 Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, heavy snow, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. 13.2 In such cases, no refunds or compensation shall be provided.

14. เงื่อนไขทั่วไป (General Conditions)

14.1 JTB ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาและเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
14.2 อาจมีข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติมที่บังคับใช้
14.3 รูปภาพทั้งหมดใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาเท่านั้น

14.1 JTB reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice. 14.2 Additional terms and conditions may apply. 14.3 All images are for advertising purposes only.

สิ่งที่รวมอยู่ในบริการ (What’s Included)

• ค่าโดยสารรถไฟทั้งหมด รวมถึงค่าธรรมเนียมห้องพักส่วนตัว Green Car และค่าบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มบนรถไฟตามที่ JR East กำหนด

• Meals along the route curated by JR East1 Night 2 Day Course: 1 Breakfast / 2 Lunches / 1 Dinner
• Sightseeing experiences and entrance fees for all destinations designated by JR East
• Beverage service, including selected alcoholic drinks (excluding special requests or off-menu orders)
• Personal service by the SHIKI-SHIMA Train Crew
• Access to the exclusive Prologue SHIKI-SHIMA Lounge at Ueno Station before departure and upon return

ข้อกำหนดการเข้าร่วม (Participation Requirements)

• จำกัดผู้เข้าพักสูงสุด 2 ท่านต่อห้องสวีท
• ผู้เดินทางต้องมีอายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไป
• ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงขึ้นบนขบวนรถ
• ในกรณีที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือพิเศษระหว่างการเดินทาง จะต้องมีผู้ติดตามร่วมเดินทางด้วยเพื่อคอยดูแล

ภาษา (Language)
• การให้ข้อมูลบนรถไฟ: ภาษาญี่ปุ่น และภาษาอังกฤษ
• การท่องเที่ยวภายนอกขบวนรถ: ภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นหลัก โดยมีการสนับสนุนภาษาอังกฤษที่จำกัด (ไม่มีล่ามให้บริการ)

• Onboard guidance: Japanese & English.
• Offboard sightseeing information: Primarily Japanese with limited English support (Interpreter not provided).

อาหาร (Meals)
• หากมีข้อจำกัดด้านอาหาร (แพ้อาหาร, เหตุผลทางสุขภาพ หรือทางศาสนา) ทางเราจะจัดเตรียมให้ตามความเหมาะสมภายใต้ข้อจำกัดด้านการปฏิบัติงาน
• ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 60 วันก่อนเดินทาง

• Dietary requirements (allergy, medical, personal, or religious) will be accommodated where possible and are subject to availability and operational constraints.
• Must be informed 60 days before departure.

สัมภาระ (Luggage)

• Extra luggage should remain at the hotel before/after the rail journey.

• รถไฟ SHIKI-SHIMA ทำงานด้วยระบบเครื่องยนต์ในบางช่วง อาจมีกลิ่นน้ำมันดีเซลจางๆ ซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของประสบการณ์การเดินทางนี้

• SHIKI-SHIMA operates in engine mode on certain sections — a distinctive refined diesel scent may be noticeable, which is characteristic of the journey experience.
