Ticket Conditions
- Simply book your round trip flight ticket including KIX or ITM. Must be staying in Japan on 24 October 2026, the date of the Otobutai.
- Must be traveling on a depart from and back to Bangkok.
- Must use Kansai International Airport or Osaka International Airport / Itami Airport on either the outbound or inbound journey.
- Ticket validity: 3 - 16 days.
- Flight changes permitted with a 5,000 thb. change fee, plus any applicable fare difference.
- Refund permitted for totally unused tickets only, subject to a 8,000 thb. cancellation fee.
- No rerouting, cabin upgrade, or partial refund.
- To avoid a no-show fee, cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before departure (Excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Customers must purchase a round-trip Japan Airlines ticket through JTB Thailand in Economy Class or Business Class. At least one flight sector must operate between Bangkok and Kansai International Airport (KIX) or Osaka Itami Airport (ITM) to be eligible for an OTOBUTAI admission ticket.
- OTOBUTAI admission tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and will be be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- OTOBUTAI admission tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
- Please contact JTB Thailand if a child under 12 years of age wishes to attend.
