Location: Premier Show Ticket Center (Park Entrance)

Hours: Park Open until approx. 18:45

Required Items:

  • Ticket Retrieval Number: Please print out or save a screenshot on your smartphone of the "Purchase Confirmation Email" or the
    "Purchase History Details Page" received upon completing your purchase.
  • Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo identification to verify the purchaser's identity.
  • It takes time to walk from the Ticket Exchange Location to the Premier Show venue. The Ticket Center is also expected to be
    highly congested right before the show starts. We strongly recommend to exchange your tickets by 18:00.

Regarding the Performance
※Special Effects: This theater show contains sudden loud noises, fire, water, explosions, and pyrotechnic special effects. Additionally, some performances take place in close proximity to the audience seating areas.
※Safety Rules: To prevent serious accidents, please strictly observe the following guidelines. Any dangerous or disruptive behavior that interferes with the show operation, other guests, or crew members will result in immediate removal from the park.
※The following guests should not experience this show:
・Those prone to illness from strobe lights
・Those prone to illness from fog/smoke effects
・Those with hyperacusis
※Accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible seating is available.
※Seating: Viewing the show from unassigned seats or while standing is strictly prohibited.
※Water Splashing: All seats are subject to getting wet. Please dress accordingly. We highly recommend bringing your own towel, change of clothes, or raincoat. Please note that the park will not compensate for any damage or stains to your clothing, footwear, or personal belongings.
※Electronic Devices: Please protect your mobile phones and other electronic devices with a waterproof pouch or store them securely inside your bag to prevent water damage. The park accepts no responsibility for device malfunctions or damage.
※Crew Instructions: For your safety, always follow the instructions of the crew. Guests engaging in dangerous or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the park.

Regarding Photography & Recording During the Show
※General Rule: Audio recording, video recording, and photography are strictly prohibited in principle. However, there will be a designated time during the show when photography and video recording are permitted.
※During the Allowed Time: * Please refrain from using camera flashes when taking photos or videos with your mobile phone or camera.
※To avoid disturbing other guests, standing up, moving out of your seat, or using tripods/monopods is strictly prohibited.
※Social Media Policy: Uploading or publishing recorded videos online (including SNS, blogs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Regarding Tickets
※Park Admission: A separate park admission ticket (such as a Studio Pass or Annual Pass) is required to enter the park.
※Children's Seating: Children aged 3 and under require a show ticket if they need their own seat.
A ticket is not required if the child sits on a guardian's lap; however, please verify this with the Premier Show Ticket Center or venue crew beforehand.
※Schedule Conflicts: You may not be able to experience the show if it overlaps with time-designated Universal Express Passes, reservations for "Sanji's Pirates Restaurant," or other timed events.
※Cancellations & Changes: Ticket cancellations due to personal circumstances are not accepted. Changes to seat assignments or event dates cannot be made after purchase.
※Cancellations due to Weather/System Issues: The Premier Show may be modified or canceled without prior notice due to system malfunctions, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
