Terms & Conditions
1. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are per person.
2. This plan booking period is valid until 13 July 2026 or until the quota is reached, whichever comes first.
3. Rates apply equally to adults and children (aged 3 years and above) and are based on a per person per stay basis, sharing one room.
4. Accommodation and Fuji Marathon entry tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and shall be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. ** Pre-registration and bib collection at the hotel must be completed by 20:00 on 12 December 2026 at the Fujikyu Travel counter. If participants do not collect their bib within the specified date and time, they must collect it themselves at the designated bib collection point near the parking area of JR Kawaguchiko Station, at their own responsibility and expense.  
Failure to collect the bib at the hotel within the specified time will be considered the sole responsibility of the participant. The company will not be responsible for any inconvenience, additional expenses, inability to collect the bib, or inability to participate in the marathon. No refund or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.
6. Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking and is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Once confirmed, bookings shall not be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances.
7. No refund, credit, or compensation shall be provided for any unused, partially used, or missed services, including but not limited to no-show, late arrival, early departure, or failure to participate in the marathon, regardless of the reason.
8. In the event of a no-show on the arrival date, the full amount shall be charged.
9. Marathon entry tickets shall not be changed, cancelled, transferred, or refunded once confirmed.
10. In the event of any change, postponement, or cancellation of the marathon or related events due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond the Company’s control, no refund or compensation shall be provided.
11. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or inability to travel or participate due to personal reasons, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, illness, visa issues or any other personal circumstances.
12. Applications shall automatically close once the quota is reached.
13. JTB reserves the right to amend prices, terms, and package details without prior notice.

1. Full marathon (42.195km)  🗺️ Course map (full marathon)
• Start time : From 9:00 AM (6-hour time limit, with cut-off points along the course)
• Start/Finish : Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot (Fujikawaguchiko Town, Yamanashi Prefecture)
• Eligibility : Participants must be able to complete the race within 6 hours (gross time from the starting gun) and be healthy individuals aged 18 or above.

2. Around KAWAGUCHIKO (17km) 🗺️ Course map (Around KAWAGUCHIKO)
• Start time : From 10:30 AM (3-hour time limit, with cut-off points along the course)
• Start/Finish : Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot (Fujikawaguchiko Town, Yamanashi Prefecture)
• Eligibility : Participants must be able to complete the race within 3 hours (gross time from the starting gun) and be healthy individuals aged 16 or above.

3. Charity Fun Run (10.5km)  🗺️ Course map (Charity Fun Run)
• Start time :From 9:20 AM (3-hour time limit)
• Start/Finish : Oike Park (Fujikawaguchiko Town)
• Eligibility : Healthy individuals aged 12 and over

   • Full Marathon: A web-based certificate of completion can be issued immediately after finishing the race (preliminary result). A final certificate will be issued later and can be used as an official record certificate (only for participants registered with the Japan Association of Athletics Federations).
   • Around KAWAGUCHIKO and Charity Fun Run: A web-based certificate of completion can be issued immediately after finishing the race (there is no ranking).
