- JR EAST Lines

- Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Line (Rinkai Line)
- Reserved seats in ordinary cars of the following express trains with through operations between JR EAST and Tobu Railway lines: Nikko, Kinugawa, and SPACIA Kinugawa trains.
- You can also use regular trains (including rapid trains) from Shimo-imaichi to Tobu-nikko and Kinugawa-onsen on the Tobu Railway line.
Between Kurihashi and Shimo-imaichi, you can only use limited express trains that run through to Tobu Railway. *
- The only express trains that can be used with JR TOKYO Wide Pass are those that run from JR lines to TOBU RAILWAY. Limited express trains that depart from or terminate at TOBU RAILWAY stations cannot be used. (If you are using a limited express train at Tochigi Station, Shimo-imaichi Station, Shin-kanuma Station, Tōbu-nikkō Station, Tobu World Square Station, or Kinugawa-onsen Station, either the starting station or the ending station must be a JR station.)
• You cannot use the JR TOKYO Wide Pass to travel on the Tokaido Shinkansen. (This is because the Tokaido Shinkansen is operated by a different company)
• *Additional fees are required for travel on reserved seats of Fujisan Express and Fujisan View Express trains as well as Fuji Tozan Densha trains operating on Fujikyu Railway lines.
• Gala Yuzawa Station only operates during the winter and spring.
Conditions
• The age of a child is defined as the age on the date of purchase. A passport or other such document is required to prove a child’s age.
• Children under 6 years old who do not require seat reservations do not need a pass.
• A separate fee is applicable if you wish to use the Green Car or GranClass.
• Youth fares (including student discount) are not offered for this pass.
• You can only use one JR TOKYO Wide Pass at a time while travelling in Japan.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• No amendment or reissuance is allowed under any circumstance (loss, damages, name mistakes, date changes, etc...)
Cancellation charge
• A 20% of cancellation charge will be calculated from THB Selling Price if cancel.
• Kindly be aware that you can purchase and issue an exchange voucher for JR Pass only 90 days in advance of the first use date.
Tax Invoice
• Please inform JTB Staff if you require Tax Invoice within 5-7 working days from the purchasing date.
Change name spelling
• Allow changing name spelling for all JR Pass EXCEPT JR East Pass
• A surcharge of THB 500 per ticket per time will be collected from the customer, please contact JTB staff for more information.
• JR East Pass is not allowed to change name spelling. The customer requires to cancel with a 20% charge and then re-purchase the new ticket.
Ticket lost
• JTB cannot re-print any exchange voucher at all. The customer requires to re-purchasing the new ticket only.
Refund for unused exchange voucher
• Customers can contact JTB Staff for refund payment within 1 year after issuing the date of an exchange voucher.
• 20% refund fee will be deducted from the selling price.
• Customers must bring an exchange voucher together with a receipt for the refund procedure.
