Hong Kong Disneyland Magic RUN Fest - presented by AIA Vitality

[Ticket Terms and Conditions]
・ Each Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Ticket is valid for one admission per person on any one day between November 26, 2026 and December 3, 2026.
・ Unused tickets after the validity period will become void and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or compensation.
・ Tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. They may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
・ Upon park entry, Guests may be required to present their ticket and undergo photo verification or provide other identification as requested by Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP"). Tickets, hand stamps, photographs, or other identification required by HKITP may be necessary for park re-entry and ticket upgrades (if applicable).
Guests who do not wish to have their photograph taken should inquire with a Cast Member before entering the Park regarding alternative forms of identification accepted by HKITP.
Examples of acceptable identification include, but are not limited to:
  - Passport or other HKITP-approved photo identification.
  - For children aged 3–11: school handbook/student record book, or birth certificate together with another photo identification document.
  - For full-time students aged 12–25: student handbook or full-time student ID card together with photo identification.
・ Alternative identity verification methods may include presenting photo identification to a Cast Member and having the Guest's name printed on or electronically associated with the ticket. Once registered, the name cannot be changed.
・ HKITP reserves the right to deny admission or ticket upgrades if age, identity, or eligibility cannot be verified.
・ All Guests must make a park reservation in advance using a valid ticket or membership card prior to their visit. Admission is subject to park capacity and availability.
・ Guests who have already purchased a Magic Access Membership, ticket, voucher, or product are not entitled to compensation, exchange, or refund under this offer.
・ HKITP reserves the right to select, modify, or change sales channels and travel agency partners.
・ HKITP may, without prior notice, change the number, location, operating hours, and operation of attractions, merchandise locations, dining facilities, and other park facilities.
・ HKITP may refuse use of the offer or revoke benefits in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
・ HKITP reserves the right to:
  - Amend or supplement these Offer Terms and Conditions and/or Event Terms and Conditions;
  - Specify or modify prices, validity periods, and/or blackout dates for tickets, tours, products, services, offers, discounts, or promotions; and/or
  - Suspend or terminate this offer, discount, promotion, or any related offer at any time without prior notice, compensation, exchange, or refund.

[Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions]
Upgrade from 1-Day Ticket to 2-Day Ticket
On the day of the park visit only, Guests holding a 1-Day Ticket may upgrade their unused ticket to a regular-priced 2-Day Ticket before entering the Park at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth.
  - On the day of the park visit only, Guests holding a 1-Day Ticket may upgrade their unused ticket to a regular-priced 2-Day Ticket before entering the Park at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth.
  - Guests must pay the difference between the regular price of the purchased 1-Day Ticket and the prevailing regular price of the 2-Day Ticket at the time of upgrade.
  - Only an unused 1-Day Ticket valid on the same day may be upgraded.
Upgrade to Magic Access Membership
• On the day of the park visit only, Guests using an Offer Ticket may upgrade to a Magic Access Membership through the official website by paying the difference between:
  - the regular price of the Offer Ticket; and
  - the regular price of the selected Magic Access Membership.
• No refund will be given if the selected Magic Access Membership is priced lower than the Offer Ticket being upgraded.
• The upgraded Magic Access Membership will be valid for one year from the date of the Guest's first park visit using the Offer Ticket.
• Once upgraded, the Offer Ticket becomes void and is not eligible for compensation, exchange, or refund.
• Upgrades to Magic Access Membership are not available after the date on which the Offer Ticket has been used.

General Terms & Conditions Applicable to This Offer
• This offer is provided through designated sales channels. HKITP is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such channels.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, HKITP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or related to this offer.
• Duplicate Offer Tickets will not be accepted.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or improperly used tickets will not be replaced. HKITP's records shall be final.
• In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
• This offer is governed by and valid only under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR").
• HKITP reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute and in relation to all matters concerning this offer.
• This offer is provided in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR and may only be used within Hong Kong SAR in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the purchaser. No third party shall have any rights under them.

Personal Data
• Personal data collected in connection with this service will be used for purposes including reservation processing, contract fulfillment, administrative operations, safety and security management, and legal or regulatory compliance. Failure to provide required information may result in the inability to provide the requested services.
• Personal data may be shared with service providers, contractors, and other parties involved in the operation of the service where necessary. Requests for access to or correction of personal data may be made through the designated contact channels.
