  As the event involves the use of fire and sky lanterns, parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. Travel insurance is recommended. The company is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

  Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, dangerous items, and personal sky lanterns are strictly prohibited at the event venue.

  Please wear modest clothing and avoid revealing attire.

  Strollers are not permitted inside the event venue. Baby carriers are recommended.

  Due to the large-scale event, transfer waiting times may be longer than usual.

  The company is not responsible for force majeure, including natural disasters, flight cancellations or schedule changes, delays, loss of personal belongings, or any circumstances beyond our control.

  If the festival is cancelled and the tour cannot be operated, refunds will be made after deducting actual expenses incurred, such as airfare and hotel charges (if applicable).
