เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ
1. ราคาที่แสดงเป็นราคาเริ่มต้นต่อห้องต่อคืน (หน่วย: บาทไทย) โดยราคาจริงอาจแตกต่างตามช่วงเวลาและเงื่อนไขการจอง 
2. การจองขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่าง ณ เวลาที่ทำการจอง 
3. เมื่อทำการจองและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือขอคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี
4. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่เดินทาง ไม่เข้าพัก มาถึงล่าช้า หรือออกก่อนกำหนด จะถือว่าเป็นการสละสิทธิ์ และ ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือชดเชยใด ๆ ได้
5. บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่สามารถเดินทางหรือเข้าพักได้ อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุผลส่วนตัว เช่น วีซ่า เที่ยวบินล่าช้าหรือยกเลิก การเจ็บป่วย หรือเหตุสุดวิสัย
6. คำขอพิเศษ เช่น ประเภทเตียง ชั้นห้อง วิว หรือห้องติดกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาของโรงแรม และ ไม่สามารถรับประกันได้

1. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา เงื่อนไข หรือรายละเอียดโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1. Prices shown are starting rates per room per night (in Thai Baht). Actual prices may vary depending on travel period and booking conditions.
2. All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
3. Once the booking is confirmed and full payment is made, no cancellation, amendment, or refund is permitted under any circumstances.
4. In the event that the customer does not travel, does not check in, arrives late, or departs earlier than scheduled, it will be considered as a waiver of rights, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
5. The company shall not be responsible for any inability to travel or stay due to personal reasons, including but not limited to visa issues, flight delays or cancellations, illness, or force majeure.
6. Special requests (e.g. bed type, floor level, room view, or connecting rooms) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
