ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พ.ย. 2569 เป็นต้นไป การช้อปปิ้งจะเปลี่ยนไปยังไงบ้าง? From 1 November 2026, how will shopping change?

ขั้นตอนการขอคืนต้องทำอย่างไร? What are the steps to request a refund?
การขอคืนเงิน จะแยกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนหลักๆ ตามนี้เลยค่ะ
The refund process will be divided into 3 main steps:
- ขณะซื้อสินค้า: แสดงพาสปอร์ตที่ร้านค้าปลอดภาษี ชำระเงินราคาเต็ม และลงทะเบียนช่องทางที่ต้องการรับเงินคืน (เช่น ผ่านบัตรเครดิต) When purchasing: Show your passport at a tax-free shop, pay the full amount, and register the refund method (such as via credit card).
- ขณะออกนอกประเทศ: ต้องดำเนินการ ก่อน โหลดกระเป๋า โดยไปที่ตู้คีออส (Terminal) เพื่อสแกนให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบสินค้าและสถานะ When leaving the country: This must be done before checking in your luggage. Go to the customs kiosk (terminal) for staff to verify the goods and status.
- การรับเงินคืน: หลังจากศุลกากรตรวจสอบเรียบร้อย (ขึ้นสถานะ GREEN) ระบบจะคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ Receiving the refund: After customs verification is completed (status shows GREEN), the system will refund the money through the registered method.

ถ้ายอดซื้ อไม่เยอะ จะรวมบิลได้มั้ย? If the purchase amount is not high, can receipts be combined?
ได้แน่นอนค่ะ! ระบบใหม่ใจดีกว่าเดิม เพราะเขายกเลิกการแยกหมวดสินค้าทั่วไปและสินค้าสิ้นเปลืองแล้ว แค่ช้อปในร้านเดียวกันรวมกันให้ครบ 5,000 เยนขึ้นไป (ราคานี้ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค้าเพิ่ม) ก็มีสิทธิ์ขอคืนภาษีได้เลย แต่มีข้อควรระวัง คือห้ามแกะสินค้าใช้ก่อนออกนอกประเทศนะ Yes, absolutely! The new system is more flexible than before because the separation between general goods and consumables has been abolished. As long as you shop in the same store and the total reaches 5,000 yen or more Go (This price excludes VAT), you can request a tax refund. However, please note that you must not open or use the items before leaving Japan.

ซื้อขนมหรือเครื่องสำอางแล้ว แกะใช้ที่ญี่ปุ่นได้เลยมั้ย? If I buy snacks or cosmetics, can I open and use them in Japan?
ห้ามเด็ดขาดค่ะ! ระบบใหม่ถึงจะยกเลิกการบังคับใส่ถุงซีลพิเศษแล้ว แต่ๆๆๆ "ห้ามใช้หรือกิน" ในญี่ปุ่นนะคะ เพราะหัวใจสำคัญคือสินค้าต้องถูกนำออกนอกประเทศภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อค่ะ Absolutely not! Although the new system has removed the requirement for special sealed bags, you still must not use or consume the products in Japan. The key rule is that the items must be taken out of Japan within 90 days from the purchase date.

ขั้นตอนการขอเงินคืนที่สนามบินยุ่งยากมั้ย? Is the refund process at the airport complicated?
ไม่ยากค่ะ! แค่ไปที่ตู้คีออส (Terminal) ของศุลกากร "ก่อน" โหลดกระเป๋า เพื่อสแกนตรวจสอบสินค้าและพาสปอร์ต หากข้อมูลถูกต้อง (ขึ้นสถานะ GREEN) ก็รอรับเงินคืนตามช่องทางที่เลือกได้เลย Not at all! Just go to the customs kiosk (terminal) before checking in your luggage to scan and verify the goods and passport. If everything is correct (status shows GREEN), you can wait to receive the refund via the selected method.

ถ้าในบิลมีสินค้าหลายอย่าง แต่เผลอกินไป 1 ชิ้น จะขอคืนเงินส่วนที่เหลือได้มั้ย? If there are many items on one receipt but I accidentally consume one item, can I still get a refund for the rest?
ไม่ได้ค่ะ! ศุลกากรจะตรวจสอบตามใบเสร็จ หากสินค้าในใบเสร็จหายไปแม้แต่ชิ้นเดียว คุณจะเสียสิทธิ์การขอคืนภาษีของสินค้า "ทั้งใบเสร็จ" นั้นทันทีนะคะ No. Customs will check according to the receipt. If even one item on that receipt is missing, you will immediately lose the right to claim a tax refund for the entire receipt.
