November 7 (Fri)/ 8 (Sat) Fukuoka Marathon EXPO
Runner check-in :12 am - 8 pm on Nov. 7 (Fri) and 10 am – 8 pm on Nov. 8 (Sat)
Venue: Fureai Park (western side of Fukuoka City Hall)
• Check-in will be closed on the day of the marathon.
• During check-in, entrants need to present something confirming their identity, such as an ID card (check-in by proxy is not permitted).
Start: Tenjin area (Tenjin Intersection, Watanabe-dori)
• 8:10 Wheelchair race
• 8:20 Marathon/Fun run
• 15:20 Marathon finishes
① Marathon (overall): 1st – 8th place for both men and women separately
② Marathon (by age group): 1st – 3rd place for both men and women separately (24 years and under, 25–29 years (divided into 5-year age groups up until 74 years), 75 years and above)*
In the case of ②, no award ceremony will be held and certificates will be sent out at a later date.
* Finisher certificates (containing the entrant’s recorded time) will be issued online.*Finishers in the registered athletes section can request to have a timing certificate issued on the day (fee applies).
* Finisher ‘s Towel and Finisher’s medal.
